Founded in 1990, Siam Cuisine has been a long standing restaurant staple in the Anchorage community.  Family owned and operated, the family’s vision was to bring a restaurant into the community with classic dishes that could stand the test of time.  28 years later, Siam Cuisine is still providing Anchorage with eclectic delicacies.
 
Siam Cuisine prides itself on unique authentic Thai inspired courses,  that can be customized for the diners delight, with a unique dining experience.  We hope that when dining, the customer can take a bite, close their eyes, and and the Thai taste and flavors will open their imagination as if they ere there.
